Reuther advises Encavis on the acquisition of a 62 MW solar project in Bavaria

Encavis, a leading independent producer of electricity from renewable energies, has acquired the project from the developer Fronteris.

The solar park, located in Dietfurt and Breitenbrunn, is currently under construction, with grid connection anticipated in the second quarter of 2025. Benefiting from an EEG feed-in tariff, the park is expected to produce around 67 gigawatt hours (GWh) of electricity annually.

Reuther’s team, comprising Tim Stahlberg, Janina Reuther, Silke Schubbert, Louissa Greppi and Christian Rink, advised Encavis on all aspects of the transaction, the project contracts and the due diligence.
