Alexander Grundmann

Alexander Grundmann has advised clients on all aspects of construction law for more than twenty-five years, with a focus on contentious matters. He represents employers, contractors, investors and project developers before the civil courts across several instances, in independent evidentiary proceedings and interim relief proceedings, and in out-of-court dispute resolution.

He also drafts construction and design agreements; his experience from contentious proceedings feeds directly into his contract drafting.

Alexander Grundmann is a certified specialist in construction and architectural law (Fachanwalt für Bau- und Architektenrecht) and lectures in in-house training. He has also practised for many years as a certified specialist in employment law and in tenancy and condominium law.
